2003 to date: Collaborations derived from doctoral studies, about calcium dynamics in the extitation-contraction coupling of skeletal and cardiac muscles, under supervision and advice from Professor Eduardo Ríos and Assistant Professor Thomas R. Shannon (Rush University School of Medicine, Chicago, IL, USA). 

Academic years 1999/00 to 2001/02: Bibliographic review about morphofunctional aspects of cartilage, under supervision of Professor Pedro del Castillo Escassi (Unidad de Citología, Departamento de Biología, Facultad de Ciencias, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain). “Becario de colaboración” (collaboration scholarship) during the academic year 2001/02 (Ministerio de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología). Honorary collaborator during the remainder of the academia years.
